Return Policy

Please contact us if you need to return any item from your purchase for any reason.

Shipping your items back:

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, should you need assistance, please contact us.
• Full orders or individual items may be returned by mail within 60 days of customer delivery date. A refund for the item will be issued once it has been received back to Cozy Critter Cribs.
• Returns made after 60 days are eligible merchandise credit equal to the price at which the returned products were sold.
• At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item.
• Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account will be applied back to your PayPal account. All other refunds will be made to the original form of tender.
• Please use the included Return Packing Slip on your package for returns.
